Bunker Surveys
Are you interested in working with a professional Bunker surveyor? Our experienced surveyor will attend to the vessel right from bunker barge sounding ,then on the vessel sounding, and subsequently issue the bunker certificate on completion of calculations, whether off/on hire or bunker supply at OPL or inside port. We supply all the equipment and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job our clients have for us, no matter how big or small it may be. Container Inspections
Get this service done quickly and efficiently by our expert panel of surveyors who are licensed with IICL. Our Surveyors will attend to your requirement from a container on/off hire to a cargo inspection. The process will start from checking the individual container for its suitability then loading of cargo and thereafter monitor the loading process onboard the ship. A similar process will be done on discharging containers from the vessel right up to the storage at the yard for its next employment. A cost effective inspection criteria is applicable to the entire gamut of container inspections which includes pre/post repair inspections, discharge/load monitoring alongside wharf and host of other allied services which is done to global industry standards.

Flag-state Inspections
The Flag States use this service to ensure satisfactory standards are being maintained onboard vessels flying its flag.Our approved Flag State Inspectors will verify the statutory documentation onboard in compliance with MARPOL, ISM,MLC etc conventions as required by the Flag state. They will also conduct a general examination of vessel's machinery, equipment and structure besides operational testing of Life saving and Fire fighting equipment. Flag state inspectorate is available for Panama, Liberia and Vanuatu ship registers.
Hull and Machinery inspections
Our surveyors conduct inspection to identify any damage/loss to hull or machinery due to any unfortunate incidents onboard. An export opinion on the cause of damages is provided and thereafter will witness and supervise repair operations. We inspect all types of vessels and machinery including dry docking attendance where costs will be assessed and liaise with owners for smooth out turn.
Pre-purchase Inspections and Vetting for Charterers
Vetting is an integral part for a ship charterer. The owner will need to demonstrate the effective management of the vessel to satisfy the charterers needs such as ISM Code compliance etc. besides condition of the vessel. Our surveyors using their vast experience in Shipping will determine whether a vessel is suitable for the intended charter based on SIRE risk assessment and other tools. We offer pre-purchase inspection and ship audit services for potential buyers. The inspections are carried out by qualified vessel managers, superintendents and chief engineers where our methodology in carrying out inspections are tried and tested. Our findings will be delivered in a detailed report in timely and accurate manner which is cost effective and can be done in all ports of Sri Lanka.
